At EZbike Canada, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If your electric bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all chargers, keys, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to EZbike

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our Ontario distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike is in new, sellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
